Hey, my name is Clair Matthews, I am a mother of two, an avid gardener and I enjoy cooking with my fresh veggies. I love gardening and landscaping. I find it so therapeutic to be out in the garden and grow something beautiful that will give fresh food to my family. As a mother of two, it is really hard to find time to do all that I want. I enjoy cooking with my fresh produce too! It tastes so much better than anything you can buy in the store. And if you have a garden it is even more rewarding knowing that you grew the food yourself! I can’t wait to get my hands dirty and turn the soil with my garden fork. I love seeing the plants grow, and I love seeing the people who come to visit my garden and become inspired to start their own. There is always a new challenge, a new plant to try, or a new tool to buy. I am so grateful for this lifestyle. It’s been over 20 years since I started.
