Hey, my name is Claire Matthews, I am a mother of two, an avid gardener and I enjoy cooking with my fresh veggies.

I love everything about it: planting seeds in the soil, nurturing them with water and sunshine, watching them grow into beautiful fruits and veggies, and then harvesting them to make delicious meals.
